Job Description

Vattention believes Human-AI Co-creation is the future of content creation; we are building an AI Agent for Prosumer video post-production. We are looking for an HRM to work alongside the CEO on talent selection, organization building, and culture—so that this small, high-density team can keep hiring the right people and scale in an AI-Native, multi-location way. The role calls for someone who understands both the business and human nature, and can turn "hire right, enable well, manage risk" into practice.

Responsibilities:

• 协助 CEO 进行人才挖掘与团队搭建：人才招募 / 背调 / Offer 谈判 / 组织文化 / 组织发展 / 薪酬设计 / 绩效激励 / 流程优化
• 协助 CEO 建立 AI-Native 组织、多地办公组织
• 担任不设边界的初创科技公司日常运作管家角色
• 发挥好外部各类人才 / 财务等供应商资源的作用
• 具备组织风控意识：建立深度的面试评价体系。针对初创团队环境，判断候选人的心理稳定性、沟通效能与文化匹配度，识别潜在的入职风险

Qualifications:

• 本科 211 / 985 / QS100，专业不限
• 做事干练，绝对 J 人，事事有回响
• 内核稳定，能够成为团队同学的能量来源
• 有科技公司初创阶段工作经验，学习能力强
• 具备深度洞察能力：对人性与职场心理有敏锐观察，能客观预判人才在压力下的表现
• 加分项：兼具大厂 + 创业公司经验、热爱使用各类 AI 产品为自己提效、具备最基础的财务知识、具备海外公司架构相关经验

Application Process

Upon an initial review, candidates will be invited for 2-3 online interviews. The final stage is an on-site visit, which includes a practical exercise (optional), in-depth discussions, and a meeting with the team.
