Job Description

多媒体开发工程师负责构建支持我们产品功能的平台。您将负责视频编辑工具核心音视频编解码模块开发与优化，基于H.264/H.265/H.266/AV1等标准，保障编解码过程的稳定性与高效性。主导音视频SDK的全生命周期开发迭代，聚焦视频编辑场景的定制化功能实现，持续优化SDK性能与用户体验。

Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize core audio-video codec modules for video editing tools, based on H.264/H.265/H.266/AV1 standards, ensuring stability and efficiency in the codec process
• Lead full lifecycle development iteration of audio-video SDKs, focusing on customized functionality for video editing scenarios, continuously optimizing SDK performance and user experience
• Responsible for multi-platform adaptation and targeted optimization of video editing tools (Windows, Mac priority, iOS, Android planned), solving cross-platform compatibility issues
• Conduct in-depth research on audio-video codec optimization technologies, tackling technical challenges in bitrate control, quality enhancement, and algorithm acceleration
• Responsible for developing core business modules of video editing tools, including audio-video editing, image processing, and effect rendering
• Track cutting-edge audio-video and multimedia technologies, exploring technological innovation in combination with video editing user scenarios

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, Mathematics or related fields, with 3+ years of experience in audio-video development
• Proficient in C/C++ programming languages, with solid foundation in data structures and algorithms, skilled in multi-threading development
• Deep understanding of audio-video codec principles, familiar with at least one encoding standard such as H.264/H.265/H.266/VP8/VP9/AV1, with experience in encoder algorithm optimization
• Skilled in using FFmpeg for audio-video codec development, familiar with audio-video APIs of at least one platform (Windows/Mac/iOS/Android)
• Familiar with computer graphics, proficient in at least one rendering framework such as OpenGL or Metal
• Strong technical vision and self-driven ability, with strong sense of responsibility and continuous learning willingness, able to independently solve complex technical problems
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication skills, able to work efficiently with product and design teams to advance project implementation
• Experience in audio-video editing SDK development, computer vision, or machine learning applications in video processing is preferred
• Self-driven with stronger initiative than 80% of peers; highly hands-on and practical
• Enjoy helping and supporting team members
• Comfortable expressing genuine ideas openly and avoids overthinking
