Product Engineer, AI Agent

Job Description

As a Product Engineer of AI Agent, you will be responsible for transforming our cutting-edge AI technologies into intuitive and powerful user interfaces and experiences, as well as developing and maintaining AI Agents. You will work directly with users to understand their needs and build features they love.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement core features and user interactions for AI Agent products
• Build performant and beautiful experiences that video editors love
• Set the standard for UX of agent products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline (STEM, humanities, arts, law, management, etc. are all welcome)
• Proficient in using any AI coding agent (such as Cursor, Claude Code, Augment, etc.) for product prototyping
• In-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: video post-production, 3D modeling, animation, graphic design, or UI/UX design
• Self-driven with stronger initiative than 80% of peers; highly hands-on and practical
• Enjoy helping and supporting team members
• Strong curiosity to explore new technologies and experiment with new products, coupled with a willingness to share insights
• Comfortable expressing genuine ideas openly and avoids overthinking

Application Process

Upon an initial review, candidates will be invited for 2-3 online interviews. The final stage is an on-site visit, which includes a practical exercise (optional), in-depth discussions, and a meeting with the team.
