Job Description

Responsibilities:

• 快速理解视频需求（Brief / 脚本 / 示例），将素材高效剪辑为可发布的视频成品
• 负责视频内容的后期制作，包括剪辑、节奏调整、基础特效、字幕、配乐等
• 根据不同平台需求，制作横屏（如 YouTube）及竖屏（短视频平台）视频内容，并把控整体节奏与观感，提升内容完整度与观看体验
• 配合内容/运营团队完成视频修改与迭代，确保按时交付

Qualifications:

• 具备扎实的视频剪辑基础，能够独立完成完整的视频后期制作流程
• 熟练使用 Premiere / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Avid Media Composer 四款中至少任意一款，并能够使用 CapCut（剪映）桌面端完成基础剪辑与导出工作
• 对画面节奏、镜头衔接、字幕呈现有良好理解，具备基本审美能力
• 工作认真负责，执行力强，具备明确的时间意识和交付意识
• 能够接受按工作量核算业绩收入的结算方式

Nice to Have:

• 有 YouTube / TikTok / Shorts 等平台视频剪辑经验
• 了解或使用过 AI 图片 / 视频辅助工具，用于提升制作效率
• 熟悉海外内容风格，对欧美社媒视频有一定观察和理解

Additional Info:

• 收入结构：基础薪资 + 按量核算的业绩收入（投递请附相关视频作品）

Application Process

Upon an initial review, candidates will be invited for 2-3 online interviews. The final stage is an on-site visit, which includes a practical exercise (optional), in-depth discussions, and a meeting with the team.
